I really enjoyed the staff except the principal, she wasn't a very nice person. I feel like if you are a principal for an elmentary school, you be approachable and be a little more caring towards the students and parents. We have had our son in five elementary schools and this one is by far the best. The TAKS tests (Texas tests) are always higher than the national average. Next week the school is taking the kids to a college vist, under the Gear up program. There have been several field trips. After school programs with the YMCA, and school lunch is funded by the state. It is a low income area, with low income kids, but the school is truly top notch.”
