Marshall High School Reviews

Great school, great teachers. The parents programs were great but not enough of them.

Terrific school...when I moved to the area, this was one of the high schools I was told my kids should be zoned for because of its reputation. I'm very satisfied with curriculum, competitiveness, administration and diversity of the students. Go Rams!

Great diversity and awesome programs!

Its a very big school, but the curriculum they use is very organized and helpful, especially to my two daughters who are succesfully getting A's in all of their classes.

Marshall was an excellent school when I was a student there. I graduated in '99. I now have a Master's Degree and believe that much of my success is due to the support that I had at Marshall High School.

This is a great school. The teachers are very interested in the students and their success.

I would highly recommend this school to anyone living in San Antonio. This is the best school in the Northside Independent School District. It has excellent course offers, and the students are very open minded and accepting.

This high school is one of the best in the NISD in my personal opinion. I attended Marshall all four years, was a member of the yearbook staff my senior year, and a very avid member of the NJROTC program. If you have a child that may be considering a military career, our ROTC program is one of the best in town. MGST Cavazos is a great ANSI and really cares about the cadets being and doing the best that they can. The teachers at Marshall are also great, they really try to help the students and worked with me all the time to do my best.

This school is a fantastic school for high-schoolers to go to. If they love discipline and hard work there is the NJROTC program. If they love sports and want to be in one of the top teams in the Northside ISD, this is the right place for them to be. I myself was in the ROTC program the school year of 2002-03. I loved it. I was the only Freshman to make the varsity rifle team and was very proud of myself for achieving feats that I thought weren't possible to achieve. the education here is outstanding. I was an 'A' student throughout the year and was 26th in my class. The discipline is very good here. I now live in CA where the education level is lower and standard of living is higher. I miss Marshall and hope to go back there some day. Thank you very much. -MYT.
