One of the things I like best about Bush is the relative lack of materialism in the kids. In addition, many teachers offer additional sessions closer to TAKS. Our children have been enrolled in school in Mississisppi and Louisiana and this school is the best by far! All of the teachers are outstanding. The administration is the best I've ever encountered. These are smart people who know what they are doing! Students have numerous choices for music, art, sports, technology, etc. Parents are constantly at the school helping out. I've never seen anything like it! We recently moved from Maryland and my child had a horrible 3 years there. Moving to Texas worried me a little but I can't begin to say what a wonderful experience this has been. There are tons of children who are from all over not just San Antonio. The Faculty and Staff are Top Notch! They made me as a parent feel very welcome and their volunteers are wonderful as well. My son has done a 360 degree turn around since going to this school. This was the best move we ever made. My 5th grader can't wait to go to Bush next year.
