Artist Bio
I am a native New Mexican, but lived in San Antonio from 1978 thru 2004. My artistic beginnings are a credit to master stained glass artist Jose Juarez; sole owner of Black's Art Glass Studio, 5607 San Pedro Av. It is the oldest Stained Glass studio in San Antonio and Texas. I studied under his direction and was his apprentice. I was also employed at Black's for over 15 years. He was my inspiration and motivator, always encouraging a talent that I did not know I had. I have achieved a level of professionalism in glass work that not many can match. My artistic talents have now expanded into the form of painting. This is where I am now.
