I called them to book my internation travel. Being a peak month the ticket fares were very high. They did some reasearch and found that by changing my travel dates by 2-3 days could save nearly $400 for me. I gladly accepted that as I was flexible on that. They are pretty good in finding good deals and would always do some research on their part to come up with options to save you big money.

Lyn Wolff, our travel agent, helped us by recommending areas and hotels and helping us to decide what activities to book ahead of time and what to leave to chance. I don't think I could have comfortably made these decisions (having never been to our destination before) without an expert opinion. She also tried different options to get us the very best deal possible.
