Ripped off my insurance company, horrible worksmanship!

My Lexus was involved in an accident & my insurance suggested North Park since they handle bodywork for the Lexus dealership. My car was in the shop for over a week w/nothing being done to it because my service manager was on vacation. I was shocked that no one else could handle her cars in her absence. Once she returned, it took over a week to get my car finished. She would tell me that it was going to be ready "this afternoon" but when I called to verify later, I was told that the car was in "detailing". Same EXACT circumstances the next day. You would think that after 2 days in detailing, the car would be immaculate, but when I picked her up, there were swirls in the finish & polishing compound residue everywhere. I spoke to the manager about how disappointed I was w/their service & he offered to have my car professionally detailed by a local shop. But it was a waste of time as I do a better job cleaning up my car than they did.
About a month later, I went back to complain about the paint chipping & fish eyes on the hood. To me, it was obvious that the hood was not properly prepped but the manager thought it was something w/the paint & told me he would get back to me. He never did. I was then deployed to Iraq & transferred to VA so my business with North Park ended there.
Here is the real kicker...I was so disgusted with how the hood looked that I decided to paint it myself. We stripped it down to bare metal & low & behold: the "new" hood that my insurance company was charged for was not really new!! We sanded off the layers of clear, base paint & primer only to come across MORE layers of base paint and primer! There was even BONDO on it!! They obviously found this used hood, did not even bother to strip off the old paint & just refinished it. I would never EVER recommend using this shop. I could not believe that a shop that handles repairs for "high end" vehicles like Lexus would allow this kind of work to be done.
