Pizza Hut - (210) 828-5281

I was in there 12-07-06 PM time. I was picking up a called in pizza said it would be ready20 to 25 mins. 35 mins goes by and still no pizza. Asked for my money back. I ask the shift manager why nobody was wearing hair nets or hats. He said it was co. policy to. But did not answer the question. He paid the money. and demanded a form to be filled out. i refused. The jerk keep asking for filling out the form. I told him i would call on friday. Its hard to get customers and easy to lose customers.Guess what i will tell all of the nasty non complaint employees with no hair nets or ball cap. make you wonder if they wash there hands.??????. This past weekend my folks were in town to visit with our kids and I suppose my husband and I as well. :) Our kids love pizza so my parents wanted the honor of feeding them their favorite food for lunch. Unfortunately they wanted Pizza Hut. I should have gone with my gut on this one since we always order Domino's. When my husband called they said it would be about 35-40 minutes but they ended up taking over 2 hours to get us our pizza. I called the restaurant to see what was taking them so long and the manager had no way of getting a hold of the driver because he didn't have a cell phone. I don't have much patience when I have hungry kids. I could have fed them something to hold them over but I didn't want the pizza to get here right when they were in the middle of another meal and they miss out. So anyway. The pizza got here...cold, greasy and so not the way I like it. I don't even like their crust. It was rough like it'd been out for a few hours. Ick!! With as long as it
