The worst plain and simple. I dont know were to beging sice I bought my vehicle I have hated going to the dealership in San Antonio. Im glad my vehicle is now out of warranty, I know have a choice of were to my vehicle. If you dont have warranty there is an alternative. I have been taking my M3 to a BMW factory certified tech who does great work at half the price he comes to me or he does pick and delivery of your vehicle. this tech has the same diagnostic equipment as the dealership you can contact him at this email BMW_Benzspecialist@yahoocom. BMW of San Antonio has the worst service I've experienced at a car dealership (even worse than Ford!) and they don't seem to care. I've been there several times in the past month and it's always the same thing. There are plenty of people walking around, but they all ignore you. When you finally get someone's attention, they are rude and dismissive. I was told my scheduled appt for an oil change would take one hour. I sat there for 2.5 hrs. When I finally found the service representative, he said there had been a mix-up -- with an oil change? Surely there is another place in town to service a BMW! Beware of Tara - she is by far the worst as far as customer service!!
